Terms
Terms of Use
These terms set out the conditions for using the job platform "arubaito.jp" (the "Service") provided by Arubaito Inc. (the "Operator").
1. Application and consent
Anyone who uses the Service is deemed to have agreed to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Minors should use the Service with the consent of a legal guardian where necessary.
2. Role of the Service
The Service lets users search job listings, send application information to a recruiter they choose, or continue to the listing source's application page. The Operator does not screen job seekers, recommend candidates, negotiate employment terms, or broker job placements or employment contracts. Applicant screening and hiring are decided by the recruiter, and the Operator is not a party to any employment contract.
3. Accounts
Users must register accurate information and keep their credentials secure. Accounts may not be transferred or lent to third parties. If you become aware of unauthorized use, contact the Operator promptly.
4. Employer responsibilities
Employers must keep the job content, employment terms, recruiter name/address/contact, duties, workplace, wages, working hours, and other company/store information accurate and up to date, and comply with labor laws, the Employment Security Act, and other applicable laws. False or misleading representations, discriminatory expressions, illegal recruiting, improper fee demands, and redirects to outside services unrelated to the job are prohibited.
5. Applications
When a job seeker applies directly on arubaito.jp, the registration information and entered content needed for the application are provided to that employer. For external jobs, you move to the source site, and the application procedure, terms, and personal-data handling after moving are governed by the source site. Before applying, check the job content, source, and where to apply, and if you have questions about hiring conditions or messages, confirm with the recruiter or source.
6. Fees
Currently the Service is free for both job seekers and employers. If paid features are added, we will state the fees and conditions before application and obtain the user's consent.
7. Posted content and rights
Users warrant that they hold the necessary rights to the text, images, and other content they register. The Operator may use such content to the extent needed to provide, review, display, improve, and announce the Service. Rights remain with the user or the rightful holder.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Acts that violate laws, these terms, or public order and morals
- Registering false information, impersonation, fraud, threats, or discriminatory acts
- Infringing third parties' intellectual property, privacy, reputation, or other rights
- Unauthorized access, excessive automated scraping, or interfering with Service operation
- Using applicant information for purposes other than hiring, or providing it to third parties without good reason
9. Review, listing suspension, and suspension of use
To maintain safety and information quality, the Operator may review jobs and request corrections, unpublish, or delete them. In cases of terms violations, unauthorized use, or security needs, the Operator may restrict use or suspend accounts without prior notice.
10. Changes, interruption, and termination
Due to maintenance, failures, disasters, legal compliance, or other unavoidable circumstances, the Operator may change, interrupt, or terminate all or part of the Service. We will give advance notice of important changes where possible.
11. Disclaimer and scope of liability
The Operator does not guarantee the completeness of job information, the establishment of hiring, or the continuation of employment relationships. Except in cases of the Operator's intent or gross negligence, or where it cannot be limited by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, special damages, or lost profits arising in connection with the Service.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Except as otherwise provided by law, disputes concerning the Service shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the Japanese court with jurisdiction over the Operator's location as the court of first instance.
