Privacy Policy
Arubaito Inc. (the "Operator") handles user information on the job platform "arubaito.jp" in accordance with the following policy.
1. Information we collect
- Job seekers' registration information such as name, email, phone number, age, application messages, and resumes
- Employers' contact-person information, company/store information, and information needed for jobs, images, and applicant management
- Service usage information such as saved jobs, search conditions, viewing history, LINE-linked ID, and notification settings
- Usage records such as the date/time of moving to an external job, the job/source, destination domain, and referrer domain
- The name, email, and content entered in inquiries and violation reports
- Technical information needed for safe operation and external job search, such as IP address, browser/device information, authentication/session information, and access date/time
2. Purposes of use
- To provide the Service, including job search, saving, applying, job posting, and applicant management
- For identity verification, authentication, application confirmation, important notices, and inquiry handling
- To prevent and investigate unauthorized use, terms violations, and rights infringement, and maintain the Service's safety
- To analyze usage and improve display, search, and usability
- To meet legal obligations, handle disputes, and preserve operational records
3. Applications and moving to external jobs
When a job seeker applies to a job directly on arubaito.jp, we provide the registration information and application content to that employer to the extent needed to process the application. A registered resume is provided to that employer only for that application, and only if the job seeker individually consents to sending it on the application screen. When applying without logging in, we accept the application after the entered email address is confirmed.
For external jobs, you move from the apply button to the source site. At this transition the Operator does not send the job seeker's name, contact, resume, or application message to the source, and stores only the minimal transition record needed to understand safety and usage. Information handling after moving is governed by the source site's privacy policy.
4. Outsourcing and external services
The Operator may outsource handling to appropriately selected providers as needed for hosting, databases, email delivery, file storage, and the like. If a user chooses LINE linking, information needed for linking is sent to and received from LINE Yahoo Corporation's services. Except where permitted by law, we do not provide information to third parties beyond the purposes of use without the person's consent.
When using providers or servers located abroad, we check the systems of the country of location, the provider's safety measures, and contractual protections, and handle information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws. Inquiries about the providers and storage regions in use are accepted at the contact desk.
5. Use of cookies, etc.
We use necessary cookies and similar technologies to maintain login state, provide security, remember consent choices, and provide core functions. Only when a user allows analytics, we also use Google Analytics and send Google LLC the page path without query strings, page name, browser/device information, approximate region, and usage interactions to understand use and improve the service. We do not send form entries, search terms, names, email addresses, or user IDs, and advertising storage, advertising use, and ad personalization are disabled. Rejecting analytics does not affect core functions, and consent can be changed at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Disabling cookies in the browser may make some core functions unavailable.
6. Retention period and safety management
Information is retained for the period needed for the purposes of use, legal obligations, prevention of unauthorized use, and dispute handling, and is then deleted or anonymized by a safe method. We take reasonable safety management measures such as access control, communication encryption, protection of credentials, and operation logs.
7. Disclosure, correction, deletion, etc.
If you wish to have your information disclosed, corrected, suspended, or deleted, please contact support@arubaito.jp with the information needed for identity verification. We will respond in accordance with the law. You can close your account from the settings screen.
8. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy in response to changes in laws or the Service. We will clearly announce important changes on the Service.
