The job seeker chooses where to apply, and applicant screening and hiring decisions follow the recruiter's or source's guidance. For external jobs, the job page shows the source and that you apply on an external site.
Job ranking order
Job listings default to newest first and are filtered by the location, role, employment type, pay, shift, and other conditions the job seeker selects. If you choose pay order, the amount of the selected pay bracket takes priority.
For recommendations after login, we use the match with the role, area, and employment type of jobs you previously viewed, saved, or applied to, plus job recency, whether there are photos, and application status. Sensitive personal information is not used for ranking.
There is currently no ranking preference from paid listings or advertising fees. If introduced, we'll indicate that it is advertising and its effect on ranking.
Complaints and listing corrections
Reports about job content discrepancies, suspicious billing, personal-data handling, and listing corrections or removals are accepted at the contact & reporting desk; we review them and take necessary action.

Articles in the application guide are written by the Arubaito editorial team. Based on listed jobs and the work actually done at real workplaces, our basic policy is to concretely summarize the work, who it suits, and what to check before applying, so it's easy to judge even for first-time job seekers.
For content involving systems like taxes, social insurance, and working hours, we clearly note within the article that figures are "a guide," and advise confirming the latest amounts and standards with public bodies such as the National Tax Agency, pension offices, and labor standards offices. When rules change, we review articles as soon as we're aware.
Each article states its publication and last-updated dates and is reviewed regularly. If you find an error or outdated information, please let us know via the contact & reporting desk. We'll check and correct it.
