What we check before a dispatch job goes live
So job seekers can apply with confidence, dispatch jobs get these checks on top of our usual review.
Licence number
We check the number and the business against the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare register. Jobs stay offline until that check is done.
Clear dispatch labelling
Job pages say "This is a dispatch job" and show the employer and licence, so people understand the arrangement before applying.
Workplace
Only we see the workplace street address. Job pages show just the area, such as the city and nearest station.
Real openings
Duplicate listings for the same workplace and role, and ads with no real opening behind them, are not allowed.

Questions from staffing agencies
Upload real photos of your own agency, as the employer: your office or reception, interview space, staff or training. Stock images and illustrations can be added as illustrations; they are labelled as such on job pages but do not count toward the two required photos.
Choose 規定支給 (paid under company rules), leave the monthly cap empty and describe your rule, for example "up to the tax-free limit for the commute method and distance". The job page shows that the allowance is paid under company rules, with your rule.
Until 30 days have passed without problems after your licence is checked, you can have up to 10 jobs live or in review. After that there is no limit. Each listing should cover one real opening at one workplace.

No. Dispatch on contracts of 30 days or less is prohibited in principle, so dispatch jobs cannot use dated slots or shift bookings. Set an assignment length of 31 days or more.
